Changes in Household's Financial Situation

If you wish to review your household's CHAS eligibility due to income changes in the last 12 months, please submit a request by logging in to CHAS eService page using Singpass and clicking on 'Review My Means Information'.

If you are a Singapore citizen aged 21 and above, simply log in to our online application system using Singpass and submit an application for yourself and your loved ones at home.
