If you have any further questions or feedback, please complete the form below. We will generally respond within 3 working days from the date of enquiry. Depending on the complexity of your enquiry, we will notify you if more time is required.​

Kindly note that airtime charges apply for mobile calls to 1800 service lines and calls are free of charge only if made from regular land lines.

Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.00pm (excluding Public Holidays)​

​​​​​If you are a Singapore citizen aged 21 and above, simply log in to our online application system using Singpass and submit an application for yourself and your loved ones at home.​​
